3. Anonymous does not mean completely untraceable

RANDZO does not require your real name or a traditional account for chatting. However, internet services and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as network and device information. Do not share your name, address, phone number, passwords, financial information, or other sensitive personal information in chat.

4. Third-party services

RANDZO uses Firebase and related Google Cloud services for authentication, database, hosting, server functions, security, and abuse prevention. Those services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Messages and reports

Chat messages are stored for the operation of the current chat service. Reports may be retained so that safety issues can be reviewed and abuse can be prevented. We do not promise that content is permanently deleted immediately after a session ends.

6. Your choices

You can stop using RANDZO at any time. You should not provide personal information in chats. If you have a privacy or safety-related request, contact the site operator using the official contact method below.
