This Privacy Policy explains how RANDZO handles information when you use the anonymous chat service.

1. Information we process

Anonymous authentication identifiers used to operate a chat session.
Random matching and chat-session information used to connect you with an available stranger. RANDZO does not require a gender or interests profile for matching.
Messages sent during a chat.
Block and report information submitted through the safety features.
Technical information that Firebase, hosting, security, and abuse-prevention services may process as part of providing the service.

2. How we use information

To randomly match users with available strangers.
To deliver real-time chat messages.
To provide blocking, reporting, rate limiting, security, and abuse prevention.
To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve RANDZO.
If advertising is enabled on RANDZO, to support the delivery, measurement, and management of advertising on eligible public pages.

3. Anonymous does not mean completely untraceable

RANDZO does not require your real name or a traditional account for chatting. However, internet services and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as network and device information. Do not share your name, address, phone number, passwords, financial information, or other sensitive personal information in chat.

4. Third-party services and advertising

RANDZO uses Firebase and related Google Cloud services for authentication, database, hosting, server functions, security, and abuse prevention. Those services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

If RANDZO displays advertising through Google AdSense or other Google advertising services, Google and its partners may use cookies, IP addresses, device information, or similar identifiers as permitted by applicable policies and settings to serve, measure, and personalize advertising. Advertising may be limited or disabled on pages where user-generated chat content creates policy or safety concerns.

5. Messages and reports

Chat messages are stored for the operation of the current chat service. Reports may be retained so that safety issues can be reviewed and abuse can be prevented. We do not promise that content is permanently deleted immediately after a session ends.

6. Your choices

You can stop using RANDZO at any time. You should not provide personal information in chats. If you have a privacy or safety-related request, contact the site operator using the official contact method below.

8. Children
